**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the monitoring of Resort Technical Department budgets
- Ensure proper contracts management
- To propose innovate technical solutions regarding resorts energies production and management, and coordinate communication between Technical Managers of the Business Unit
- Participate in the preparation of Construction/Development Program and carry out all projects assigned
- Ensure implementation of new Club Med standards and permanent respect of the validated Design within Resorts under Operations

**Mission 1 **:To assist/advise the Technical Managers within
- Corrective & preventive maintenance program
- Budgets Management
- Guest Staff & Asset safety matters (existing assets evaluation)
- Capex above 10k€ management
- Specific technical issues
- All hand-over operations and Construction defects rectifications
- Company Project implementation (new standards or Marketing projects)

**Mission 2 **:APAC energies consumption tracking
- Resorts energies data consumption collection and analysis
- Monthly report preparation and distribution
- To raise alert in case of over-consumption
- To propose solutions to optimise energies consumption
- To prepare 5 years Capex plans and associated B-Case

**Mission 3 **:Technical Bench-mark
- To propose new tools to improve Construction & Technical Department efficiency
- To look for and propose new technologies applicable within CM resorts
- To identify new contractors or suppliers

**Mission 4 **:To participate to Construction/Development projects
- program preparation, plus projects cost and schedule estimate
- advise on best technical choices, based on global costs, lifetime and guests comfort
- Potential Greenfield analysis
- Local technical solutions & potential contractors sourcing

**Mission 5 **:To carry out the Project under his responsibility in order to
- lead the Project team
- deliver on schedule,
- Manage its budget,
- Responsible for the respect of the quality and standards requirements.

**Mission 6 **:Department tools
- To participate to Department objectives definition
- To assist on budgets preparation & monitoring
- To create new tools to ease Technical Manager work and department organisation.
- To ensure that CM process are respected within the technical team

**Mission 7**: Human Resources
- To assist on technicians’ interview and recruitment
- To assist on Resort Technical organization
- To assist on technicians training and career development

**Requirements**:

- Minimum degree in Construction Management / Facilities Management/ Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experiences
- Possess strong project management skills, negotiation skills and interpretation skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft office
