- This incumbent will provide business management administrative support to the senior stakeholders and also act as a liaison for marketing events.**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing management and performance reports.
- Following up on internal and external audit activities to improve operations, coordinating the "Business Continuity Plan" for the team.
- Prepare and assist to translate marketing materials and the management of records and logs of the sales activities.
- Monitor external and internal systems in compliance with information security and handle administrative issues.
- Arrange management meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Act as a liaison for marketing events and provide administrative support as needed by the business.

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Strong bilingual (English and Chinese) communication/translation skills.
- Data processing and analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of VBA will be a great advantage.
- An experienced individual with a business management/analyst background will be a bonus.
