**Overview**:
The incumbent will lead a team of Patient Service Associates (PSAs) overseeing clinic operations. They will drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery, collaborating closely with clinical leads to ensure seamless service coordination across departments. Administrative support to the department will also be a key responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise PSAs to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Train and supervise the team to maintain high service standards
- Ensure adequate staffing and provide hands-on support as needed.
- Manage feedback from patients, resolving issues effectively and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
- Perform administrative tasks including procurement and billing support.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for administrative matters within the department. Facilitate onboarding processes for new staff.

**Requirements**:

- Good **diploma **in any discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum **2 years of healthcare experience **, including **leadership **of a small team.
- Proficiency in various IT systems used in daily healthcare operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent team player with robust interpersonal skills.
