Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Managing MOC of up to US$1MM, complying with CSOC requirements, from Phase 2 through Phase 5.- Managing engineering work and if required liaison with consulting companies (EPC).- Providing safety review, quality review, schedule and cost estimation of project- Managing procurement of equipment.- Providing evaluation of contractors, preparing bid and requisition documents- Managing off-site fabrication activities, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)- Managing construction work at site ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost.- Conducting IIR investigations and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)- Leading and providing technical support and direction to the contractors in accordance with Chevron Engineering Specifications and Singapore Standards- Use of Project Management Software (KMS), SAP, MS Projects, etc.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering- Experience in managing projects in petrochemical industries- Able to work well in a team and takes initiative in engaging cross functional teams in resolving plant issues- Possesses good communication skills and drive for continuous improvement

Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
