**CHILDCARE ADMINISTRATOR**
**$2,800 - $3,800**
**Roles And Responsibilities**:
- Manage centre’s children enrolment, sales and fees collection
- Update and maintain regular and accurate records
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
- Assist the Supervisor in ensuring all administrative work is completed and support the supervisor and the management team, good customer service
- Assist in the centre’s operational needs when assigned
- **Salary **will depends on the numbers of years experience
- Assist in the planning/organising/execution of school events

**Requirements**:
- Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘O’ Level
- Prior administrative or industry experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from diffrent culture and languages
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team, multi-tasking and adapt to fast-paced environment, young and energictic and be able to work independently
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
