Mechanical & Electrical Engineer / Manager (Building Projects)

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage mechanical and electrical engineering design and execution for building and infrastructure projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety for M&E works.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve design and technical issues.
- Support project planning, cost estimation, and resource management.
- Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and client approvals.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure high performance and technical quality.
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an M&E Engineer or Manager in building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, and building services coordination.
- Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM, or equivalent).
