
Accounts Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budget reports, and variance analysis
- Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment issues
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors
- Handle any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in the food or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of Singapore tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, such as Xero or QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month
