BIM Modeller (Electrical) / Electrical BIM Engineer

**Location**: Lentor (TE5), ~20 mins from MRT, Singapore
**Employment Type**: Full-time (5.5-day week; alternate Saturdays)
**Salary**: S$3,200-4,500/month (basic)
**Hours**: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm; Alt Sat 9:00am-1:00pm
**Company Size**: 100-499 employees

About the Role

You will produce coordinated BIM models and drawings for electrical systems, supporting design through to submission and site coordination. The role collaborates closely with engineers, main contractors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare installation details, construction drawing layouts and submission checklists
- Design/create/modify electrical circuits, cable routing and lighting fixtures
- Build and maintain Revit families and component libraries (e.g., switches, DBs)
- Develop layout details for shafts, electrical/LAN/MEP rooms
- Attend coordination meetings; run clash detection and resolve with project teams
- Verify designs are clash-free and maintain adequate service/maintenance space
- Generate 2D/3D views, visualisations/walkthroughs for critical or congested areas
- Coordinate CSD and Roombook; produce quantity take-offs/BOM when required
- Any other tasks required by main contractor/consultant/client

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or related)
- ≥2 years’ experience in BIM for electrical/RHVAC/MEP (construction environment)
- Proficient in **Autodesk Revit** and **AutoCAD**:

- Able to read/visualise electrical system drawings; configure electrical model files
- Capable of creating/modifying circuits and cable routing to spec and site conditions
- Strong documentation and coordination skills with attention to detail
- **Language**: Proficient in English for drawings/submissions and stakeholder communication; **Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts** (not a requirement)

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
