**Job Description**:

- Develop a comprehensive data migration strategy, plan, and timeline for the SAP S/4HANA implementation project, ensuring that all data is accurately and efficiently migrated
- Lead a team of data migration specialists, providing guidance and expertise to ensure that all data migration activities are executed according to best practices and industry standards
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to identify data sources, perform data profiling and cleansing, and ensure that data quality and integrity are maintained throughout the migration process
- Manage the end-to-end data migration process, from data mapping and extraction to data transformation and loading, ensuring that all data is accurately migrated and reconciled across multiple systems
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated data, and work with functional teams to ensure that migrated data is aligned with business requirements and processes
- Identify and mitigate data migration risks and issues, and develop and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure that all data migration activities are properly documented, and provide regular progress reports to project management and key stakeholders
- Contribute to the promotion of services on top of assistance provided to clients Job

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in data migration, with at least 4 years of experience in a lead or managerial role
- Extensive experience with SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA data migration, including hands-on experience with data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading
- Strong understanding of data migration best practices, methodologies, and tools, and experience with data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, and IDoc
- Experience with end-to-end data migration testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of data migration specialists
