**About Us**

Motion G is a Singapore headquartered AI engineering platform serving multiple industries clients and tech communities. The platform is to significantly automate all major engineering and product management processes with AI and Data Science technology. The firm was founded by leading AI researchers, seasoned industry executives, and serial Tech entrepreneurs, and backed by TMT investors.

As the VP of Marketing of our AI Engineering Platform startup, you will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing strategy, campaigns, and activities of the company. You will collaborate closely with senior management, colleagues across departments, and external partners to ensure the effective promotion of the company's platform, services and brand.

**You Will**
- Define market segmentation, target audience, and positioning for the company.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product, and research and development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated and used.
- Create and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, social media, and digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and sales efforts.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, public relations firms, and influencers, to leverage their expertise and resources.

**You Are**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in executive leadership roles, ideally as Marketing head or a senior operations executive.
- Deep understanding of the industrial and engineering sectors, preferably with experience in technology-driven solutions.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Track record of leading and driving cross-functional teams to achieve Marketing excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with AI technologies, automation, or data-driven decision-making is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling operations and managing growth.
- Leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
- Strong commitment to the company's mission and values.
