**About Us**:
**NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health)** is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than four decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home and home personal care providers in Singapore. It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.
- Plan and conduct seniors outreach activities to know our seniors in the assigned service boundary
- Conduct/support active ageing programmes suitable to our seniors and encourage active participation from seniors
- Engage/Partner with our community partners and relevant government agencies to support their programmes for seniors
- Promote NTUC Health services and programmes, from time to time
- Where required, coordinate care and support services through internal referral or external agencies
- Support any seniors outreach events and programmes that may happen after office hours and on weekends when needed
- Carry out administrative functions such as data entry, record keeping and report submissions promptly and accurately
- May require to perform counter duty and handle enquiries about promoting NTUC Health services and programmes and any other duties as assigned
