Qc, Trainer

Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster with presence in wholesale business serving corporate and cafes, operating a full pledge coffee academy as well as presence and experience in brick-and-mortar retail shops, ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concept with focus on quality and service.
- Extensive experience as barista in specialty coffee with focus in training is a plus
- Extensive experience in sales of specialty cafe products like coffee, tea and chocolate is preferred
- Passionate, proactive, outgoing, able to connect with customer and deliver great customer service experience
- Able to handle sales report, meticulous with business administration and able to hit sales target
- Able to work independently and able to multi-task to manage few responsibilities and project concurrently
- Progressive career objective and motivate to learn and progress

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
