Singapore SEMBCORP DEVELOPMENT LTD. Full time

Reporting to CEO, Urban at HQ and Board of the JV Company in Vietnam, you will be managing the operation of the industrial park where you would be responsible for the Resettlement, Construction and Development, Estate Management, Marketing and Customer Service functions. You would also support CEO, Urban to seek and structure business development opportunities to expand the footprint of the Company. Under your leadership and leveraging on established networks and strong relationship built with local authorities, business partners and customers, you are expected to achieve marketing targets, deliver prepared land parcels to meet demand, maintain the estate in highest standard and therefore achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum 12 years of relevant experience in project development and general management
- Strong business acumen, service and result oriented
- Strong leadership skills and highly experienced people manager in leading cross functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Possess strong problem solving skills and able to work well independently and in teams
- Good working knowledge of Vietnam culture and market essentials preferred
