Core Responsibilities
- Partner with the APAC Regional Team in Singapore and key skateholders in 10 countries (Australia/New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, India) to:

- Deliver expansion of our owned channels
- Include owned channels in the local marketing mix to deliver growth/engagement and marketing activation of our key audiences - kids, families, adults and shoppers in APAC region
- Lead integration of LEGO® owned channels in the APAC region in collaboration with the Regional Team and Local Markets on focus areas, joint approach to strategy development, and budget planning
- Create and execute locally relevant campaigns across our channels to grow the local community base, engage key audiences, build awareness of various ecosystem touchpoints, and enable a meaningful consumer journey to take place.
- Manage app acquisition budgets and app agency relationship for all APAC countries
- Leverage and analyse available data in order to understand audience behaviours, and share insights in various stakeholder forums to help develop the best ways to engage with audiences on a regional and local level
- Support the global marketing team in their planning process, bring market perspective, and relevant inputs towards campaign planning.
- Work closely with product owners to ensure we are feeding the needs of our regional and market stakeholders into the products we develop.
- Own and lead at least one global project

These experiences are a core part of the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO® experiences in meaningful ways which creates deeper consumer engagement and improved consumer life
- time value.

DCE Regional Marketing is the team that delivers the growth, and marketing integration of our owned channels within the markets. We create locally relevant content for our experiences in individual markets to support globally driven campaigns. We believe the local touch is what makes the real difference when talking to our audience. Last but not least the Regional Marketing team drives app user acquisition, and app store optimization and owns the relationship with app marketing media agencies.
Do you have what it takes?
- Degree in business-related field or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years experience working in a similar marketing role where you have demonstrated an understanding of different audiences and have developed engaging strategic campaigns which have delivered the growth and engagement of your audience or brand.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge with hands-on experience is a must-have: how to grown and sustain target audiences through digital channels.
- Strong business and cultural knowledge of the APAC region
- Stakeholder management experience (at various levels) within an international organizational structure
- Self-driven, motivated professional with a strong sense of team ethic, creative thinking, organized approach and confident communication style
- Independent, energetic and desire to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphere
- Adaptable to changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behavior
- Flexibility in working across timezones in APAC and Europe
- Experience with performance marketing/UA, and/or content marketing
- An understanding of the media and marketing landscape in the APAC markets
- A data driven approach
- Fluent in English
- One other language from the APAC region will be a plus (Korean, Japanese, Cantonese or Bahasa Indonesia)
