Roles & Responsibilities

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Advise our clients as the interface between specialist departments and IT
- Provide support when establishing and optimizing business processes
- Oversee the technical integration and customizing of standard software products
- T24 Customization and Development reviews as per the requirements
- Unit Testing and Code Reviews
- Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of T24 for Syncordis clients
- Handle day-to-day incidents and support requests for Temenos ‘products
- Assist and challenge client’s teams in their usage of the system and the way they raise requests
- Be a trusted advisor for the clients
- Execute tasks in line with the client data protection rules.
- Be compliant and follow mandatory procedures of the client wherever applicable.

**What we require from you**:
**Technical Skills**
- A tertiary qualification in business informatics, computer science or similar
- At least 8 years of detailed implementation experience on Temenos WealthSuite BackOffice (T24) in the context of Wealth Management. Knowledge of the at least some of the following areas is essential:

- Integration, enhancements, customizations, and upgrades.
- TAFJ Componentization framework, Integration framework (IF), IRIS (This is essential)
- Temenos Webservices, DFE tools
- Databases - Jboss with Jbase, ORACLE, SQL database
- Interfaces
- TTI
- Tools/Utilities - Stash/big bucket repositories, Tivoli monitoring system, Splunk logging, Dynatrace performance tool, Automic workload automation (AWA), JIRA defect management.
- Technical knowledge: INFOBASIC, JAVA, ORACLE 10 (or above) operating systems, knowledge, and familiarity with the functionality of UNIX, AS400 and NT, disc structures. Exposure to mainframes.
- XAI TDL pipeline, data pipe
- Temenos T24 Modules Knowledge
