Operations Support Representative(Korean Speaking)

This position will provide administrative and operational support to the Supply Team in our Marine business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Follow up and update physical deliveries’ status to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate, prepare and execute flow of price information and port information to interested parties within the organization
- Extract performance statistics for analysis
- Assist both Sales and Administration in ensuring correct, up to date paper trail of fixtures, maintain concise filing system
- Managing of contract administration & generating sales confirmations to mainly Korean suppliers
- Assist in other administrative functions
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor Degree
- In excess of 2 years to 3 years of experience in a Customer Support Role; experience in the marine, shipping or oil industry is a plus
- Organized, detail oriented, task oriented and deadline sensitive
- High level of competency and experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At ease working in multicultural environment and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
- Ability to work after office hours and/or weekends as required
- Able to converse to liaise with our counterparts who are Korean native speakers
