Responsible for marketing & sales activities in accordance with ABB marketing strategy for Business Unit Drives. To focus on customer relationships in assigned market segments/channel partners where ABB Drives are active in and attain successes in penetrating new market segments/channels for ABB Reporting to Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop market intelligence and understanding market trends in the local assigned HVAC markets, with strong engagement with SI & OEMs/Channel partners to ensure product portfolio of ABB Drives is purchaser consideration.
Develop strategic plan on assigned market; defining growth areas and create action plans to achieve sales objectives in the HVAC market through partners & channels to market.
- Identifying important aspects and developing plans that would enable each targeted group of customers to be successful, including existing channel partners or new partners.
- Identify new business opportunities & project pipelines on targeted group of customers in the related market
- Focus on front-end sales execution from end to end project pursues., establishing new relationships and maintains current customer base conscientiously by understanding customer needs and promoting a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
**Your background**:
- Strong background on electrical industry
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic engineering
- Previous experience in engineering marketing & sales
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player & being able to coordinate with the various sales teams.
- Written & oral communication skills.
