**About our client**:Our client is a leading global speciality chemical manufacturing company.

**About the role:
Organization, planning, and development of the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards (ISO 9001), and fulfillment of requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures. Regulate, control and improve processes throughout the business and the final product. Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company. As a facilitator/coordinator, work closely with the management system steering committee to achieve management system targets for business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that QMS requirements needed for the company are established, implemented and maintained effectively.
- Promote the awareness of management system at all levels throughout the company.
- Continually improve the management system's effectiveness through the use of the Quality Policy, objectives, audit results, data analysis, corrective and improvement actions and QMS management objectives.
- Coordinate experience audit ad follow up action plan on finding identified during audit.
- Assume the role of the document control coordinator for the company management system to ensure documented information is in accordance with the requirements.
- Attend various meeting and action / communicate instructions.
- Acting as coordinator in BCP organization to assist in BCP execution.
- Take part in Emergency Response Group as process manager to ensure all protocols, process and documentation are in-check.

**About you**:

- Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering.
- At least 3 - 5 years of work experience in Quality Management coordination work, with experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
