**Assistant Manager / Manager (Legal Technologist)
**As a Legal Technologist, you will assist SILE in integrating technology into their work to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. This role centres on the development and implementation of digital solutions, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the current rules and policies related to Singapore Bar admission, including the Part A and Part B Courses and Examinations, as well as the Practice Training Period processes.
- To assist in the development, implementation, and administration of SILE's technology transformation efforts in digitising its processes (“SILE Technology Solutions”)
- To train users on SILE’s Technology Solutions
- Monitor requests and escalate issues to the vendor or the Information Technology department as needed to facilitate problem resolution related to the SILE Technology Solutions
- To assist in the development, management and implementation of standard operating procedures, system and process of the department
- To assist the work of the Legal Secretariat
- Undertaking any ad hoc projects or duties

**Requirements**:

- A recognised bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university, preferably in an IT-related discipline.
- Keen interest in IT and legal regulation is necessary for this role. The ability to code is a plus.
- Good command in English and good writing and communication skills.
- Can work independently with initiative and mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, whilst maintaining a high quality of work and attention to detail.
