About GLOBALFOUNDRIES

Essential Responsibilities:

- Assist Test engineer in Test Operation & Test Program modification based on ECN and SPSR.
- Ensure proper and timely release of test program and new device.
- First level test support for production line.
- Setup, optimize and manage Test Jobfiles
- Manage line probe card quality & sufficiency. Liase with probe card vendor for Preventive Maintenance.
- Train new Associate Engineer in On-The-Job training.Ensure integrity of output data generation.
- ET trend extraction, report compilation and basic data analysis.
- Assist Engineer in productivity, cost reduction, quality and workplace safety improvement projects
- Ensure safety, discipline, housekeeping and Standard Operating Procedure compliance
- In-charge of Probe card management system.
- Provide training to Mfg Technician
- Train new Associate Engineer in On-The-Job training.

Required Qualifications:

- Education/Experience
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields; or Relevant education and years of working experiences.
- 2 to 4 years’ relevant experience in electrical/electronics industry.
- Experience in basic programming preferred.
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating or swing shift.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
