**Your Role**:

- **Strong understanding of Payments industry global trends regulatory and compliance initiatives**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills with ability to operate in constantly changing landscape with strict timelines and outcomes**:

- **Lead engagements independently covering internal aspects as well as client requirements.**:

- **Strong Exposure to Payments & Cash Management technology and end-to-end lifecycle across ACH RTGS Real Time Payments Open Banking.**:

- **Exposure to SWIFT & ISO 20022 Message Processing Clearing & Settlement Systems (e.g. RTGS / ACH / RTP / Singapore MEPS+/FAST Hong Kong CHATS/FPS Malaysia Rentas/HOUSe/Giro payments etc.) Payments schemes rulebooks and requirements understanding**:

- **Exposure to Corporate Internet Banking & Direct Channels (Host2Host file transfers) Mobile banking PSD2 Open Banking Payments Service Provider (PSP) Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) etc.**:

- **Exposure to one or more products like Finastra-GPP FIS Clear2Pay-OPF Dovetail ACI-MTS TCSBancs Payments Finacle Payments Solution etc**:

- **Proven track record and experience in managing complex projects in the financial services market**:

- **Ability to understand business objectives and transform into solution requirements**:

- **High impact presentation skills to present highly visible solutions and services to the client.**:

- **Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills**:

- **Creative innovative team player able to convince all stakeholders and bridge differences**:

- **Highly enthusiastic energetic and has a self-starting capability**:

- **Adhered to process and tooling and a systematic worker.**:

- **Have vision and understand roadmap on Banking Payments Industry across APAC namely SiG HK and MY-**:

- **Have high experience in technology programs for Retail payments FAST and Cross Border Regulatory Requirements Payments: SG HK and MY**

**Your Profile**:

- **Lead conversation with payments business and operations teams to capture requirements and objectives Being clients trusted referent for payments domain knowledge and analysis**:

- **Working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with and leading others in the initiating planning controlling executing and closing the client's solution**:

- **Responsible for the translation of the client's complex business requirements into formal agreements.**:

- **Manage BA team consultants and delivery**

**Prior Background**:

- **Minimum 10+ years of experience working in Banking IT Organization as part of a Payments & Cash Management group in the role of Lead SME / Senior BA.**
- **Must have experiences in driving complex engagements covering requirements definition and gathering transformation roadmap business case TOM Solution Design & IT delivery.**
- **Should have multi-country implementation exposure of Payments solutions at regional & global banks.**
