We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Aviation Systems Executive**to perform**system preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance management, administrative support, sub-contractor supervision and coordination.
**What we seek to accomplish together**:
- Maintenance and Support Services for Client’s Systems in the aviation industry.
- Plan, coordinate and manage all system maintenance activities.
- Carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on Equipment assigned by Supervisor.
- Execute and comply all tasks with the approved safety and operational procedures.
- Provide 24 x7 technical support and attend to system faults raised by operations users.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and part replacement (if necessary) for system fault reported by operations users.
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance & repair work performed by NCS maintenance contractors at the client’s system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Attend the necessary skills courses to be able to carry out the maintenance tasks.
- Keeping a maintenance record and filing documents, invoices, and instruction manuals.
- Following prescribed safety regulations at all times.
- Keeping an inventory of maintenance tools, materials, and parts.
- Support and provide system information to NCS project manager for generation of system monthly report.
**A little about you**
- Experience in system maintenance and repairs preferred.
- Able to work outdoor and at height (as required) on any related maintenance.
- Ability to prioritize and perform maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Working knowledge of record keeping and preparing maintenance schedules
- Good Computer literacy and written communication skills
- On the job traininng will be provided.
