**Job Roles and Requirements**:
- Perform basic system administration tasks such as user management, software installations, and backups
- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
- Escalate complex issues to L2 or L3 support as needed
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve cross-functional issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Linux L2 Support:
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues related to Linux systems
- Perform system administration tasks such as user management, software installations, and upgrades
- Develop and implement scripts and tools to automate tasks and improve system performance
- Identify and resolve system security vulnerabilities
- Manage and monitor system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve cross-functional issues
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical issues outside of business hours
- Both Linux L1 and L2 support roles require strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and customer service skills. L2 support roles may require more advanced technical skills and experience with scripting, automation, and system security.
