I'm Raymond, founder of Wisp, and we're looking for a dynamic Growth Intern to join our rapidly expanding team. Wisp is an innovative Content Management System (CMS) startup that's wedging itself in the changing content management landscape due to the rise of AI.

**About Us**:
We launched earlier this year and have already over 600 users signed up. Our mission is to revolutionize how modern CMOs and marketing leads execute their strategies with our lightweight, powerful CMS solution.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A creative and motivated individual with a passion for growth marketing
- Someone who's adaptable, persistent, and disciplined in executing and managing multiple projects
- A self-starter comfortable with the fluid nature of startup environments
- Excellent written communication skills and social media savvy
- Basic understanding of web technologies (knowledge of React or Next.js is a plus)

**Your Role**:
As a Growth Intern at Wisp, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

- Executing and managing various growth experiments and campaigns
- Identifying and sponsoring open-source repositories
- Creating and managing blog content based on market trends and developer needs
- Monitoring competitors and keeping a pulse on the market
- Managing and growing our social media presence
- Assisting with thought leadership content for founders' LinkedIn profiles
- Supporting the production and management of our zero-to-one podcast
- Creating digital assets (images, videos) for marketing purposes (a plus)
