JR64332 INTERN - CE PRODUCT YIELD ENHANCEMENT (FAULT ISOLATION)

We are currently searching for highly motivated, enthusiastic and engaging individuals to be part of NAND Central Engineering
- Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) Engineering Team. As an Intern - CE PYE Engineer at Micron Technology Inc, you will have the opportunity to assist in the development of new generation NAND Memory, from design stage to mass production to achieve the best-in-class quality. Our goal is to offer a meaningful engineering projects and work that allows intern to gain hands-on experience in fault isolation failure analysis world, incorporating nano-probing to identify tiny defects that impact towards yield, reliability and performance throughout the product life cycle.

**Project Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the Electrical Device Characterization to identify Electrical Failure Mechanism in new generation NAND Memory.
- Perform details Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) & Fault Isolation (FI) Analysis to Identify Defect Root Cause understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defectivity issues to continue to improve yield/DPM Pareto.
