COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Wang Café started out in 1953 as a corner coffee shop along Bugis Street, selling traditional kopi and kaya toast. In 2006, entrepreneurs bought over the shop, expanded its footprint across Singapore, and included local delights like Laksa and Mee Siam in the menu.
DESIGNATION : Outlet Executive - WANG
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Outlet Manager and your responsibilities include but not limit to:
- Direct and manage Wang Cafe according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and supervise service staff on food handling, service conduct and compliance to standards
- Advise and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
- Manage Wang Cafe according to budget with responsibility in creating and executing plans to sustain profitability
- Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
- Handle customers’ complaints and operational issues
**Requirements**:
- Preferably someone with diploma in F&B, supply chain or related courses
- Tech Savvy
- Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
- Ability to foster positive working relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
- Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
OTHER INFORMATION
- 6 days work week including weekend and public holidays
- 8 hours per shift
