We are currently recruiting for Associate Director - Mechanical to join our Building Services team. This position will be based in our Singapore Office.

**Associate Director (Mechanical)**

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will be responsible to:

- Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex Mechanical projects / multiple jobs
- BIM automation for construction industry productivity improvements
- Lead and manage project teams by reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes
- Understand the client’s business and strategic issues in order to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue
- Understand risk on all jobs through implementation of sound audit, business and financial management and understand impact of work practices on the financial outcome of projects
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills

**Pre-requisites**
- ** **Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years in consulting firm with supervision/leading roles experiences in HVAC design and building services co-ordination in healthcare, commercial, hotel, industrial and school projects.
- Certified Professional Engineer will be an advantage
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
- Able to work independently & exercise initiative
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
- Able to interact and work with colleagues and member of other consultants at various levels.
- A team, client and delivery focused working style.
