Interpret the designer’s vision to build an outstanding creative solution by utilising the latest skills and techniques and your own creative flair.
- Visualise from draft concepts of a brief to innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the design team on projects to conceptualise and visualise creative executions.
- Work with the production team to design output to ensure it is fit for purpose.
- To challenge and progress any current methods of visualising via the implementation of new techniques and software.
- Aid the smooth transaction of projects from the studio to the production team.
- Question and challenge briefing documents.
- Deliver all creative material produced to the highest standards on time.
- Understanding the brand's visual design elements in order to creatively achieve the best work that will retain the brand's integrity.
- Develop and build outstanding technical expertise across 2D & 3D imaging in order to showcase 1HQ’s design work.
- Work in collaboration with client services team and the creative team.

**Career Experience**
- Min of 5 years artwork experience within a packaging design agency.
- Strong understanding of FMCG branding, luxury branding and beyond is essential.
- Evidence of working with global brands.
- Excellent in Illustrator, Photoshop and preferably in CAD and Cinema 4D or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in pushing boundaries whilst still maintaining the integrity of the work.

**Required Skills**:

- Structured and logical approach with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work across multiple disciplines with designers.
- Ability to take abstract ideas, conceptualise and craft them.
- Ability to render realistic packaging across a variety of substrates.
- Excellent Photoshop and solid illustrator skills essentially.
- Advanced Photoshop image manipulation is required.
- A good understanding of how lighting works from a photographic standpoint.
- Ability to work under your own initiative and possess an excellent eye for detail.
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain consistently high standards. Ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines to ensure client needs are met.
