Position Summary
- This Senior Manager position leads the Early Career Hiring agenda across Asia as an individual contributor. The incumbent will partner with local HR colleagues and the businesses to create awareness, build a ECH strategy, and implement solutions to help build a pipeline and program dedicated to Early Careers.
- Role Responsibilities- Co-create and lead the implementation of the ECH agenda across Asia as part of the Leadership Development Team-
- Partner with global colleagues to understand the Group’s philosophy around ECH and shape our strategy in Asia.-
- Own the relationship with country HR and local TA across the Asia countries when it comes to ECH and customize priorities as relevant to the country.Support multiple projects which include the development and execution of programs that will require conducting internal and external research as well as coordination and administration / logistics for the programs- Experience and Qualifications Required- You are passionate about developing future leaders and understand the complexities across Asia.-
- With eight or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Talent & Learning or building Graduate programs / Early Career Programs, you will have a solid appreciation of the challenges that come with creating a regional program as well as how to navigate these challenges-
- You appreciate the nuances between the various populations within large scale organizations and have experience working with sales teams, call centres or operational teams.-
