Singapore TMO MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. Full time

The Senior QA Lead will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organisation’s product and development processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department
- Develops, implements and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality prior to delivery.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA and Production team.
- Identify and analyses issues, defects and other problems, particularly when problem recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitates solution to these issues
- Review client, customer and user feedback
- Conduct internal reviews and audits based on QMS ISO 9001
- Prepare First-Article reports
- Participate in ISO 9001 internal annual audit
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- 3 to 5 years of experience in related field with supervisory experience a plus

**Education Qualification**

Bachelor's Degree or diploma

**Working Location: Tuas Link 1**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
