- 1.00pm: Dum biriyani rice - chicken, mutton, fish in method 1pm - 2pm: make 8 types of curry (must follow recipe given) - chicken, mutton, mutton leg chicken masala gravy, chicken Koroma, chicken Samma, Indian chettinad fish brinjal curry, Pulao rice Thani curry
