**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in implementing and maintaining food safety systems (HACCP,GMP,FSMS) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct/monitor quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products to meet specifications.
- Oversee hygiene and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe production environment
- Ensure proper product traceability to track ingredient and products throughout the production process
- Execute pre-requisite programs(PRPs) such as pest control, equipment caliberation, traceability, etc. ensuring proper documentation and execution.
- Participate in product development, trials and sensory evaluation
- Maintain and manage QA documentation (records, SOPs,HACCP plans) and resolve quality issue.
- Provide food safety training and support MUIS Halal certification and compliance.
- Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective actions and drive improvements.
- Oversee supplier management and conduct surveillance to ensure quality consistencyPerform ad-hoc duties assign by Manager.

**Requirment:

- **
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
- 3-4 years of relevant working experience in quality Assurance or food production environment
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and familiar with ISO and FSSC standards is an added advantage
- Good communication skills, attention to details and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and able to do basic data analysis.
