job description
- strictly facial services
- using advanced medical grade machine to treat customer face
- provides consultation and advises customers on suitable facial treatments
- understands customers’ needs and expectations
- demonstrates high standard and quality service to customers
- handles customers enquiries with professional knowledge
- builds and maintains good relationship with customers
- manages inventory
- ensures cleanliness of salon and replenishment of products and disposables of assigned treatment room
- supports reception duties
- any other ad hoc duties as assigned

requirements
- with primary/secondary certification
- professional certificate/NiTEC in beauty/skincare industry preferred
- at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- excellent service-oriented approach and initiative
- able to communicate in both Mandarin and English (in order to build and maintain good relationship with our Mandarin and English speaking customers)
