Executive, Sustainability Reporting and Disclosure

**The Job**:
- Support in the development and execution of comprehensive sustainability reports that accurately reflect the company's sustainability performance.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to gather data and information related to sustainability metrics, initiatives, and achievements.
- Support alignment with the latest global reporting standards and regulations, such as ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other relevant frameworks.
- Analyse and interpret sustainability data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Support the submission of required data and documentation for ESG rating assessments and evaluations; strive for efficiency.
- Stay current with evolving ESG rating methodologies and industry best practices to enhance our organisation's ratings and rankings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve ESG data collection and accuracy, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Enhance current processes for data collection, validation, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate the review of sustainability data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor evolving sustainability reporting regulations, and industry trends to ensure best management and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Support accurate and up-to-date sustainability reporting in accordance with regulatory expectations.
**Pre-requisites**:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in environmental studies, finance, economics, engineering, or other related quantitative fields of study.
- Thorough experience with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.
- Excellent understanding of ESG rating methodologies, industry benchmarks, and best practices, i.e. S&P Global, FTSE Russell, MSCI, CDP, SPOTT, World Benchmarking Alliance, etc.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-organised, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical, project management, and writing skills to communicate progress and reporting across the organisation.
- Passion for sustainability and a demonstrated commitment to advancing ESG practices.
