Your new responsibilities
- Support deployment of Six Sigma program to improve business performance
- Six Sigma Trainer and Coach
- Facilitate and drive high impact improvement projects.
- Effective deployment of tools, methodologies to assigned projects, acting as coach for Green Belt
- Lead or support implementation of key strategic pillars of ams-Osram smart factory initiatives
- Lead and support Innovation & solution delivery to strengthen data connectivity & analytic through IOT & digitalization and artificial intelligence
What we look for
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science/ Data Science or related function (Master's preferred)
- Experience as a quality and/or manufacturing professional is a plus
- Certified Master Black Belt or Black Belt (DMAIC/DFSS) with minimum 10 years’ experience in leading projects in continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience with Minitab/ statistical software
- Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma Completion.
- Proven success in delivering result, identifying opportunities and providing coaching to Green Belt/ Black Belt.
- Competent trainer in Operational Excellence Lean and Six Sigma at Green Belt & Black Belt level.
- Experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, factory automation preferred
