AddedEducation is looking for a Writing Specialist who will collaborate, brainstorm with students and parents through and provide guidance to build their professional profiles for Tertiary Education goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Brainstorm with clients, using exercises that help build upon their writing skills. These exercises would be aimed at developing critical thinking and active engagement with materials rather than simple comprehension. to write impactful and powerful admission essays and personal statements.
- Consulting and guiding them to find better ways of expression, depending on the requirement, help them develop/ improve their writing skills
- Understand their writing styles to enhance their skills as a writer.
- Help them tap into their own intellect and experiences to bring about the most in their writing.
- Create plans, goal sheets with the clients and identify turnaround time.
- Collaborate with team members for other initiatives related to content development & writing.
**Required Skills**:
- A professional writer who can write impactful and powerful admission essays and personal statements.
- Quality work, grammar, structure, logic, syntax and vocabulary are of extreme importance in this task.
- Prefer a writing specialist who has graduated from a top 30 US college or top 20 liberal arts college in the US or has shown exemplary writing and editing capabilities
