Administrative Support to Relevant Divisions and/or Departments
- Provide inputs to internal administrative divisions and/or departments on teaching and learning development in the domain areas offered by SIM GE and University Partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of a Master’s degree with good knowledge in at least two *disciplines within the department is required.
- Relevant work and teaching experience in at least two *disciplines relevant to the department in a higher education environment is required.
- Knowledge of digital learning tools and the ability to select teaching methods appropriate for the industry and audience is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working independently or as a team player who can work across the organisation's various internal and external levels.
- Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills and bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality control, and able to multi-task and work under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills using innovative and proactive approaches.
- Demonstrate professionalism and student centricity to meet the learning needs of our students.
