Building Maintenance Technician

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine checks and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance regime are carried out according to authorities’ legislations, industry standards and company policies
- Perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance of Production and Facilities system such as HVAC, Air Compressor, Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Supervising/execution of maintenance activities as per schedule
- Troubleshoot / rectify all technical / operational issues quickly to ensure mínimal disruption to operations
- Support execution and supervision of in-house projects
- Active participation in continuous improvement projects and Workplace Safety and Health activities
- Supervise and coordinate work with contractors and service providers ensuring they deliver their services
- Maintain and upkeep the premise which involves day-to-servicing and troubleshooting, including cleanliness of our premise
- Ensure fire safety and workplace safety compliance.

**Required work experience**:

- 2-5 years working experience in cleanroom field.
- Relevant experience as injection molding machine (Material’s dryer Tcu, Chiller Etc...)
- Relevant experience as building management, pest control, Air-condition servicing,
- Good knowledge of Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical components
- Must have Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical experience in machines system and control
- Knowledge in compliance to ISO 9001, 13485 and Workplace Safety and Health requirements and act
- Able to read and diagnose Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical assembly / spare part / hydraulic / pneumatic and drawings
- Proficient in MS Office
