**Responsibilities**:

- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet and exceed expectations
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Managing relationship with sponsors/partners/vendors/contractors
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to event crews
- Travelling to site for inspections, recce, setup and managing events
- Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma qualifications, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- A passion for events and communication with an eye for details and provide creative ideas/proposals
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Creative and resourceful
- Results-oriented
- Able to multi-task in a challenging environment
- Able to work independently and yet contribute as a team player
- Able to work beyond normal working hours and weekends
- Pleasant deposition with positive attitude

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
