**Responsibilities**:

- **Tutoring Responsibilities**:Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions, ensuring that students grasp key concepts and excel in their academics.
- **Customised Learning**:Identify key weaknesses in your students and understand how to overcome those weaknesses and make them into strengths.
- **Engage and Inspire**:Provide an engaging environment that is suitable for learning. Motivate students to want to strive for improvement.
- **Progress Monitoring**:Keep tabs of student performance and motivate them in order to strive to reach their best potential.

**Requirements**:

- **Passion for Teaching**:A genuine passion for teaching and a strong commitment to aiding students in achieving success.
- **Communication Skills**:Fluent English communication skills is necessary, with a proficiency in Mandarin considered advantageous.
- **Experience**:While prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome both seasoned educators and enthusiastic newcomers.
