Bim Specialist

**BIM Specialist - Civil and Structure**

Employment type: Permanent, full-time

Job Descriptions
- Attachment to various Client’s office/site. Work closely with the project team and client on site on the production of drawings.
- Create Tender drawings, Shop drawings, Construction drawings, Detail drawings and As-Built drawings, including single line PNID drawing, isometric drawing, 2D layout format, 3D models, etc.
- Prepare drawings submission format, including title block, notes, and legends, drawing to scale, etc.
- Ensure that BIM models are created and maintained in accordance with the specified BIM standard, as well as the client’s specification and statutory regulations.
- Able to adapt with BIM Modelling tools required in projects.
- All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements
- Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) is preferred.
- Extra Skill(s): Fuzor, Bentley, Navisworks etc.
- Higher NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Engineering in Civil & Structural or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM preferably from construction industry.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Salary will be based on experience.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
