The Integrated Solutions Division aims to bring healthy living to more diverse population segments and deepen engagement with those who are already participants of HPB and partners’ programmes through a mix of digital and on ground activities. It is designed to sustain healthy behaviours across multiple health domains through a more holistic, personalised and continuous health journey. The Integrated Solutions Division serves customised challenge goals and nudges targeting different lifestyle behaviours (e.g. food, physical activity, screening, smoking) to each individual. These goals and nudges are refined over time through a feedback loop from participants’ behaviours and preferences to the backend data science engine.

One of HPB’s focus for Healthier SG (HSG) is to innovate tech-enabled personalised holistic preventive health programme to initiate, cultivate and sustain healthy behaviours.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Business Analyst Team to identify trends and opportunities that can improve programme processes and operations considering the characteristics and needs of both HSG enrolees and HPB existing participants as well as programme related analysis of programme mechanics and on ground events. This will enable efficient scale up of tech-enabled personalised holistic preventive health to all Singaporeans including HSG enrolees.
- Work with the team to understand business needs and deliver insights to relevant decision makers meet business indicators and develop dashboard & reports using data mining, analysis and visualisation tools
- Identify trends and opportunities for business users within HSG through analysis of complex data sets for both National Steps Challenge & structure physical activity programs through H365 Data
- Proactively analyse data to address concerns from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity to drive business performance, investigate & communicate in areas to improve optimisation of programs operations, trends of various programs
- Evaluate internal system for efficiency, problems, inaccuracies and develop effective data management protocols (administration, documentation and archival) within the Division to ensure accuracy & integrity of data-sets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in exercise/ fitness, health, business development and customer service support processes across multiple stakeholders will be preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in technology, data management or analytics, preferably in healthcare domain
- Strong analytical, administrative and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong judgement and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to navigate new situations using data and analytics findings
