The Business Development Executive plays a key role in supporting the business development of our company. Part of the main tasks is to support Business Development Manager with business development activities, as well as supporting various marketing activities.
**_Responsibilities: _**
- Oversee tender platforms and identify potential opportunities for participation.
- Actively prospect into new accounts by identifying key stakeholders for Business Development Managers to engage and follow-up.
- Assist business development efforts in a variety of client-facing events, including meetings, trade shows, industry conferences, etc.
- To handle commercial proposal development, ensuring the timeline and documentation and seeing through the project completion.
- Develop knowledge of the customer’s buying pattern and cycle, support in the preparation of the required documentation for the tender in collaboration with management and colleagues, including supporting in the evaluation and pricing process to win new business opportunities.
- Engage with other internal sales professionals (direct and overlay), solutions experts, to develop suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
- Work with our company marketing resources to act upon qualified leads, and to produce relevant, targeted materials to facilitate the sales processes.
**_Requirements: _**
- Bachelor's in Business or any related fields is mandatory.
- Able to manage relationships and follow up with key stakeholders in healthcare institutions, and relevant government agencies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to be able to empathize with the customer’s business, recognize sales opportunities.
- Must use the various tools and resources available to assist in the business prospecting and sales processes.
- Project management experience and capabilities to organize the necessary and collaborative efforts, support the Business Development Manager, to pursue projects and advance the sales activities including technical presentations and relevant meeting with customers.
- Proficient in standard business software programs, such as Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
**Salary**: From $2,700.00 per month
