Singapore National Arts Council Full time

**What the role is**
- NAC's Communications and Marketing department advocates and amplifies the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts. You will work closely with the whole of Council and its parent Ministry to provide strategic counsel in the areas of corporate communications, with the objective of highlighting the Council’s role to champion the arts. You will also work with departments within the Council, and with external stakeholders to initiate, implement and manage communications initiatives which are aligned with NAC’s mission, vision and strategic thrusts.

**What you will be working on**
- Develop, review and implement communications initiatives in support of Council’s focus areas and strategic thrusts - Work with parent ministry and internal stakeholders on messaging to ensure strong consistent media messaging on Council’s work - Maintain strong relationship with editors, journalists, writers, relevant influencers and PR agencies - Provide strategic counsel to designated accounts in the areas of PR, issues management and protocol matters - Manage media queries in a timely manner - Identify new communications trends and growth opportunities to support and advance the Council’s programmes and initiatives - Develop good internal and external stakeholder relationships
