**Description**

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Providing leadership and direction to achieve the project goals through management, commitment, and ownership of projects in SE Asia & Oceania.
- Manage and coordinate between client, engineering, field and subcontractor personnel to ensure safe, timely, and profitable outcome of projects.
- Manage projects in the US$1-10M range using effective communication, industry best practices, and collaborating with team members to accomplish project goals.
- Read & interpret drawings/specifications to assure that work is completed per the client’s or engineer’s request
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

**The Experience You Will Bring***:**
Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with project management
- Working knowledge of project estimates, schedules, budgets, and forecasting
- Willing to travel approximately 20% of the time to other sites
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Strong EH&S and Quality commitment -working closely with relevant stake holders to achieve ISO14500

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- Previous Project Management Experience with EPC/ EPCm in heavy industrial, petroleum-chemical, or LNG construction
- Experience leading client review discussions
- Working knowledge of detailed engineering
- 5 years’ experience of project full scope responsibilities from FEED phase to mechanical completion
- Bachelor's degree in related industrial field
- Experience in utilizing MS Power BI & MS Projects
- Field Engineering/Construction Experience
