- Undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, control and reconciliations tasks.
- Monitor and process pending items as well as correcting discrepancies.
**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Trade Support team in Singapore servicing UBS Asset Management.
- We are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of Equity, Fixed Income and FX transactions executed by the Regional Trading teams in collaboration with our aligned colleagues located globally.
- You will be learning from an experienced team but also doing your part to build upon the team knowledge base and enhance our service delivery.
**Your expertise**
- You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent
- You have some experience in Operations or a desire to learn.
- You are able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems.
- You are able to take initiatives.
- You are a good team player who works independently with mínimal supervision and under pressure
- You are familiar with SWIFT messages for Securities and FX or CTM and FX confirmations.
