Treasury Settlement Junior Manager

**Job Respobsibilities:
1. Be responsible to the daily operation.
2. Day-to-day processing of Treasury products inclusive of trade verification, monitoring of confirmations, passing accounting entries, construct SWIFT ( MEPS, CHATS, etc) messages, investigate enquiry case, prepare statistical reports, data input, filing etc.
3. Ensure the above mentioned activities are carried out timely and accurately, ensure it is conform to the various standards meet with the prescribed requirement.
4. Coordinate with other division/department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow; prompt follow up of discrepancies.
5. To carry out task, assignment delegated by the superiors.
6. Escalate irregularities and discrepancy to management promptly.
7. Adhere to the policies and guidelines governing reconciliation, correspondent banking accounts and treasury operation control function. 8. Accept ad hoc assignment or duties to ensure no disruption to the operation process.
**Job Requestments:
1. Diploma or Degree of Banking and Finance or Accounting and Finance.
2. 2 years of experience on treasury back office operation is required.
3. Familiar with MEPS+, CHATS, SWIFT and or other payment messages standard.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power point.
5. Knowledge of Macros, Monarch or VBA is preferred.
6. Good team player with strong inter-personnel skill.
7. Analytical, self-motivated and multi-task-oriented.
8. Ability to work in a high volume, time sensitive, high risk and as well as independently while under pressure to deliver with tight deadlines.
9. Good communication skill in English and Mandarin and ability to interact effectively with people at different level.
10. Able to work on rotational basis on Singapore public holiday and weekend.
