You will be taking the lead to manage and support the maintenance activites for DTL Communications Systems to meet the required standards of safety, reliability and availability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular audits of maintenance work, processes, and equipment to ensure safety, reliability and availability
- Coach and develop a team of Assistant Engineers and Senior/Technicians for the maintenance activities of DTL Communications Systems.
- Analyse failures to identify root cause and make recommendations for improvement
- Responsible for the replacement program for Communications Systems.
- Responsible for cost saving, improvement and upgrading work for Communications Systems.
- Update Work Instructions and Specifications for maintenance of the equipment and subsystems, maintenance and project plan, rules and procedures, safety plans and reports.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering.
- Experience in testing and commissioning of Communications Systems would be an added advantage
- Hands-on and can work with own initiative and independent.
- Able to lead and coach a team
- Strong planning, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Colours identification is required for the job
