NTU is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in the Office of Development and Facilities Management. The department oversees the physical development and maintenance of all University buildings and grounds in support of the academic, research and administrative functions of the University. As the Senior Executive, Landscape Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing horticultural maintenance and managing campus-wide potted plant services.

Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance and improvement work across assigned campus zones to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.- Monitor the health and growth of trees and plants regularly; work closely with external arborists to achieve desired horticultural outcomes.- Attend to feedback and queries related to landscaping and provide timely, effective responses.- Provide advice and inputs on landscaping and horticulture matters to the management.- Manage university-wide potted plant requests for offices and events, including planning, setup, and contractor coordination.- Handle administrative tasks, including verifying documentation, issuing work orders, and processing purchase orders.

Requirements- Degree in Landscape Architecture with at least 2 years of relevant experience in managing sizable landscapes. Certified Arborist is preferred.-
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.- Service-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods to supervise contractors and inspect landscape works.
