**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of **chiller systems**, cooling towers, and related HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in **centrifugal, screw, or air-cooled chillers**.
- Monitor system performance and operating parameters to ensure optimal function.
- Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance**work as scheduled.
- Support and coordinate with contractors and vendors for major repairs or servicing.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logs.
- Assist in monitoring **Building Management System (BMS)**related to chiller plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with **safety procedures**and standard operating practices.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ITE in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in chiller maintenance or HVAC systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
